M. Todd Bonin, DDS
I have enjoyed the dental profession for 26 years and am an active member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the Greater Houston District Dental Society.
I was raised and attended secondary schools in North Houston. My undergraduate studies were in Biology at Texas A&M University. I obtained my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston. I graduated with honors and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Fraternity. My General Practice Residency training was accomplished at the Olin E. Teague VA Hospital in Temple, Texas.
I presently live in Klein Texas. My wife, Kelly, is a counselor at Klein High School. My oldest son, Shane, attended Texas Tech & Texas State University in San Marcos, majoring in Business Administration and History. He is presently attending the Fire Fighter Academy. Joshua is attending Texas A&M. He plays for the Texas A&M soccer men's team as a goalie, is majoring in Biomedical Science, and wants to be a veterinarian. Personally, I enjoy my kid’s activities, fitness, working around the house, and charity work. I proudly have served for the past four years as one of the dentists at The Interfaith Community Clinic.
I am very active in my church, St. Ignatius Loyola , and serve in various ministries and charity functions. I am a proud 4th Degree Knight in the Knights of Columbus and have served on the Officers & Directors committee for the past four years.
I have always found my profession to be very challenging and ever changing. My office strives to remain current in all new treatment modalities and materials. I enjoy treating the “whole” patient, and not just “holes” in teeth. I am attentive to my patient’s needs and pride myself in the listening skills I have developed over the past 24 years. " No problem is too small or “unimportant”.
As a General Dentist I frequently perform and enjoy all phases of clinical dentistry. My favorite areas, however, are cosmetics, including ceramic porcelain crowns and porcelain veneers, and fabricating removable partial dentures. I also obtained additional training in oral surgery, pre-prosthetic procedures, and conscious sedation while doing my residency training at Olin E. Teague VA hospital in Temple, Texas and at Mt. Sinai Hosiptal in NYC.
I look forward to taking care of you and your family’s dental needs for years to come. I am available to meet, talk and answer any questions you might have.
