It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone at 281.440.3530. We work very hard to stay on schedule and keep your waiting to a minimum!
Please keep in mind, all dental emergencies are offered appointments on the day that they call, especially issues involving pain, swellings, fevers, and broken teeth/fillings. Sometimes, this sets us behind. But you will be offered the same quick, responsive urgent care if you ever need it.

Our office is contracted with the following PPO networks.
Keep in mind, we also honor PPO's we are not contracted with by following their "in-network" fee schedules and and your particular benefit plan. We DO NOT accept managed helathcare plans like DMO's.
- AETNA PPO
- GEHA PPO / CONNECTION DENTAL NETWORK
- AMERITUS
- HUMANA PPO
- UNITED CONCORDIA PPO
- UNITED HEALTHCARE PPO
- DENTEMAX PPO

Payment Methods & Insurance
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
OUR PRIMARY GOAL is to provide you and your loved ones enough options to prevent you from not seeking treatment because of financial reasons. We want to help you maximize your insurance benefits while making any remaining balance easily affordable.
Please bring a copy of your current insurance card to your initial visit, and make sure we are notified of any changes that occur thereafter. Our practice accepts most dental insurance programs indemnity (traditional), many in-network PPO’s, and all out-of-network PPO’s. Our accounting staff will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. You are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. Co-pays and deductibles are expected to be paid when services are rendered. Fees charged for services rendered to those who are insured are the usual and customary fees charged to all our patients for similar services. An insurance company may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule, which may or may not be the same as our usual fees. You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available and how fast they pay their claims.
